Just "hey, I liked this" or "thanks for posting this" or whatnot are perfectly fine! Comments don't have to be heartbreaking works of staggering genius ;)
If it's because you want to save the post for personal reference, you can add it to your Memories (=taggable bookmarks). That doesn't notify the person who wrote the post, though, so if your intention is to let them know they Did A Good, just a wee tiny comment will do the trick, no fancy wordination needed!
